ABOUT LOUIS H FITNESS

MEET LOUIS 

Hey, I’m Louis Houghton — a personal trainer dedicated to helping people of all backgrounds unlock their full fitness potential. Whether you're chasing strength, speed, endurance, or just want to feel confident in your body, I’m here to guide you. I combine functional training, CrossFit-style conditioning, and a no-nonsense approach to help you level up physically and mentally.

Sports backgroubnd

I’ve been involved in sport and fitness for as long as I can remember. I’ve studied sports science to understand how to train the body effectively, and I’ve competed at a high level — playing rugby for Lancashire, the North of England, and travelling with the Jamaican 7s squad. These days, I play Sunday league football and train daily for CrossFit, constantly pushing to improve strength, endurance, and all-round performance. My experience helps me coach others with a real understanding of what it takes to succeed — both physically and mentally.
